The rules for using Social Fame as a creator, business or visitor.
About the platform
Social Fame is a discovery and collaboration platform that connects creators with businesses in India. We are not a talent agency and we are not a party to any agreement you make with another user.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure and are responsible for activity on your account. Impersonation, fake profiles and inflated statistics are grounds for suspension.
Listings and content
You own the content you upload and grant Social Fame a licence to display it on the platform. Illegal, obscene, misleading or infringing content will be removed.
Collaborations and payments
Deliverables, timelines and payments are agreed directly between creators and businesses. Social Fame membership fees cover listing placement and verification review only.
Liability
We provide the platform 'as is'. We are not liable for campaign outcomes, non-payment, missed deliverables or losses arising from a collaboration.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
