How membership refunds and cancellations work.
Membership fees
Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period and cover listing placement, verification review and featured visibility.
Refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of a first-time purchase if no verification review or featured placement has been delivered.
Non-refundable cases
Fees are non-refundable after verification review is completed, after featured placement goes live, or where an account is suspended for policy violations.
No performance guarantee
Membership does not guarantee inquiries, campaigns or a specific level of earnings, so outcomes are not grounds for a refund.
How to request
Email your registered address and payment reference to our support team; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
